MEDITATION for inner PEACE
Julia's classes are aimed at people from all paths of life and all levels of meditation experience. You will be given tools from various Meditation traditions (breath work, guided vizualisations, chanting, Yantras, sounds etc) as well we self hypnosis techniques to still the monkey mind and dive into ever expanding stillness and peace.
You go with your own pace, as deep as each session allows you to. Here you meditate comfortably, sitting or lying down.

Worry comes from thinking about the future or the past, always being somewhere else but in the present moment. Only when you love what is, which can take a little retraining of your mind, you can feel healthy, trusting and joyful. It is one of the most joyful ways out of over worrying or an erratic mind, into a tranquility and calmness.

This is a sacred circle for you to find, peace, stillness and the platform to connect to your higher self. Letting go, relaxing and surrendering yourself to the power of the ETERNAL NOW allows your body, mind and soul to unwind, let go and expand.
All levels are welcome, no experience needed.
The Sound and vibrations of the Tibetan bowls, chanting, breathing exercises and visualization techniques are an integral part of those profound journeys inside. We use chants and invocations from different cultures and traditions, celebrating love and divinity within all beings.
Guided visualization journeys allow you to connect to the moment and recharge your energy system. Experience benefits such as,

Deeper level of relaxation.
Lower oxygen consumption.
Increased blood flow and slowed the heart rate.
Good for people with high blood pressure.
