BIRTH PREPARATION
Julia has a developed a gentle program with the focus on preparing yourself and your baby for a non- judgmental, LOVING BIRTH. You will learn the art of self hypnosis and clear beliefs, stresses, fears, doubts and where necessary previous birth traumas. The program also includes finding unique positive birth affirnations which are relevant to you and your circumstances.You will receive handouts and a guided meditation on CD to practice at home. This program does not claim to replace other methods, but seeks to complement and deepen your journey of becoming a parent. I have trained in HypnoBirthing but am using a combination of various therapy and healing methods in this program.My aim is to assist you to connect to your own birthing body, to help you find trust into the ancient wisdom of your body. I support you in any chosen birth method.
Giving birth to your baby is a divine gift, possibly one of the most magical moments in your life. Magic comes from pure LOVE and the intense connection between you and your baby. Birthing is not the act of labour, it is an act of LOVE, starting with the moment of conception and never ends.
Since giving birth to my son and having had challenging moments myself during our birth preparation (he was in a breech position), I have come to understand that yes we can do our best in clearing, healing, preparing etc yet we are engaging with another soul, another human being with his or her own story, karma, make up and personality…and when allowing our children to be who they are during birth we can surrender and trust that everything is just as it is meant to be in this moment.
LOVING WHAT IS, not trying to bend the river, not forcing your ideas of what is meant to be now to get in the way and allowing God, Divine, Buddha, Allah, Krishna…to work through the hands of everyone involved in assisting you and your baby,
